Kepa Services, Inc.  was rated as technically "Outstanding" for its Army Corps Proposal for Army Recruitment Center Design and Build project recently.

Great news! Kepa Services, Inc.   has just achieved an outstanding rating after its completion of a $6.2m VA Community Living Center construction project for VA Madison, Wisconsin in time and on budget.

VA is very please with the project and our partner, Tri-North Builder is also upbeat with the best rating we can earn from federal government.

Congratulations to Mike Johnson as a project manager for successfully managing the project and handling all of the challenges this tight budgeted project could cause during the past year." The project will have its official opening ceremony on December 16th, 2011.

Kepa's $20M plus VA cemetery constructions projet is close to half way completion. Our project manager, Brian Kunz, and QC/Safety Manager, Vern Mickels, are working as a team with VA to get each milestone done in time with high quality and no accident.

Kepa has just finished a VA Hawaii project to supply OSHA compliance training and CFR1910 compliance procedures.

Kepa designed the North Ridge Mall Renovation Concept for the EB-5 investors in 2010. It was published in Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.
